General Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the sales concluded between:

and any individual making a purchase via the website www.répétition.com (hereinafter "the Client").
The GTC are accessible at any time on the website and will prevail over any other version or contradictory document.
2. Products
The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.
However, photographs, visuals, and descriptions are for indicative purposes only and do not engage the Seller's liability.
Products are offered within the limits of available stock. In case of unavailability, the Client will be informed as soon as possible and refunded if payment has already been made.
3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery charges.
Shipping costs are specified before order confirmation.
RÉPÉTITION reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be billed based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
4. Order
The Client places an order by following the steps indicated on the website www.repetition.com.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices, product descriptions, and these General Terms and Conditions.
The order is only considered firm upon receipt of full payment by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any abnormal order or one made in bad faith.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
The Client can pay by bank transfer.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Client at the time of ordering.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are given as an indication. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days, the Client may request the cancellation of the order in accordance with Article L.216-2 of the Consumer Code.
Receipt
The Client is required to check the condition of the package upon delivery and to report any anomalies immediately to the carrier and to RÉPÉTITION.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Client has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
The product must be returned unused, complete, and in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned product.

9. Personal data
RÉPÉTITION collects and processes its customers' personal data in accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act.

10. Intellectual property
All elements of the website www.répétition.com (texts, images, logos, brands, designs, etc.) are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of RÉPÉTITION.
Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
11. Applicable law – Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, and unless otherwise provided by law, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of RÉPÉTITION's registered office.
In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge before taking any legal action.
