3. Data collected
RÉPÉTITION only collects data necessary for each purpose:
- Identity data: name, first name, address, phone, email.
- Transaction data: products purchased, amounts, means of payment.
- Connection and browsing data: IP address, identifiers, logs, cookies.
- After-sales service / warranty data: watch serial number, purchase date, repair history.
Bank data is processed only by our bank and is never stored by RÉPÉTITION.
4. Retention periods
Your personal data is retained for a limited period, proportionate to the purpose of the processing:

5. Recipients of the data

- to administrative or judicial authorities when required by law.
No data is sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Data Security
RÉPÉTITION implements all appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data:
- SSL/TLS encryption for communications;
- hosting in France or within the European Union;
- restricted access to data;
- regular backups and continuous monitoring.
7. Transfer outside the European Union
In principle, your data is hosted and processed within the European Union.
If a transfer to a third country were to take place (e.g. mailing service provider), it would be governed by standard contractual clauses from the European Commission ensuring an adequate level of protection.
8. Your Rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: to obtain a copy of your data.
- Right of rectification: to correct inaccurate data.
- Right of erasure (‘right to be forgotten’).
- Right to object: to refuse certain processing (e.g. marketing).
- Right to restriction of processing.

9. Cookies
The site uses cookies and trackers for:
